We know life doesn't stop when the working day ends. Our leave policies are designed to provide flexibility and support through life's important moments.

Maternity leave

Up to 26 weeks at full pay and 13 weeks at statutory pay for colleagues with over 12 months' service. Gender neutral family leave for expectant parental and adoption leave is in line with maternity leave pay.

Partner/paternity leave

Six weeks' full paid leave for colleagues with over 26 weeks' service.

Emergency dependants leave

Three days' full pay in any 12 month period, available to all employees.

Volunteering

Receive up to 2 days volunteering leave for either personal or our award nominated company community impact programmes.
