Chief Executive Officer
Paul Marriott
Paul has more than 30 years’ experience in enterprise software, technology and business transformation, and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence.
He held senior roles at SAP, including President of Asia Pacific and Japan, helping organisations harness cloud, data and AI to transform how they worked.
Leading Enlivio into our next chapter, Paul is building a purpose-led organisation that combines healthcare expertise and technology to support customers, empower healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.

Dr Indra Joshi
Chief Development Officer
Indra trained as a doctor at University College London and began her career in emergency and acute medicine before moving into digital health. As founding Director of the NHS AI Lab at NHSX, she led a £250 million national programme to accelerate the safe adoption of artificial intelligence across health and care.
Her work brings together clinical experience, policy and technology, with a focus on using data and AI responsibly to improve healthcare.

Roel Stalman
Chief Technology Officer
Roel has spent more than 20 years building and transforming enterprise software products. His international career includes product and engineering leadership roles at Oracle, Badgeville, CallidusCloud and SAP, where he most recently led engineering across cloud and data technologies. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
At Enlivio, Roel leads the technology strategy behind secure, scalable products designed around the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

Elke Manjet
Chief People Officer
Elke has spent more than 20 years leading people and organisational transformation across international technology businesses. During 22 years at SAP, she held a range of global people leadership roles before joining UiPath, where she led talent strategy, acquisition, development and people operations.
At Enlivio, she leads talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation and workforce planning – building the culture and capability the business needs for its next chapter.

Pankaj Mistry
Chief Information Officer
Pankaj has built his career protecting critical systems and sensitive data across government, financial services and healthcare. His earlier roles at DWP Digital, Provident Financial Group and Barclays spanned information security, technology risk and data governance.
At Enlivio, he leads technology, information security and resilience – helping ensure healthcare professionals can rely on the systems and information they use to care for patients.

Aaron Green
Chief Operating Officer
Aaron has held senior global leadership roles across enterprise technology. Most recently at SAP, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for SAP SuccessFactors and prior to that as its Chief Revenue Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan. He previously held senior international roles at Oracle, Lexmark and Logitech.
At Enlivio, Aaron leads customer and business operations with customer outcomes firmly in focus. Aaron focusses closely to what matters to our customers and aligns the business to make a meaningful difference to patient care. -
Liz Kistruck
Chief Financial Officer
Liz began her career as an engineer before her curiosity about how businesses work led her into finance. During 14 years at Expedia Group, she held senior roles including CFO of Hotels.com and Expedia for Business. She later served as CFO at Lyst and Motorway, leading businesses through significant growth and transformation.
At Enlivio, Liz brings financial discipline and commercial insight together – giving the business greater clarity to make confident decisions, invest wisely and grow sustainably.
