Modern Slavery Act

This statement is made on behalf of EMIS Group Limited and its trading subsidiary, Egton Medical Information Systems Limited, pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken during the financial year ended 31 December to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Section 54 requires a qualifying commercial organisation to prepare a slavery and human trafficking statement for each financial year.
