PreConsult, available within Outcomes4Health® and the PharmOutcomes® platform, helps streamline flu vaccination appointments before patients arrive.
Patients, or a member of the pharmacy team, can complete screening and eligibility information in advance through a simple online form. Responses are then automatically added to the Outcomes4Health flu service template, reducing admin and helping appointments run more efficiently.

With patient details, screening information and eligibility checks completed in advance, pharmacists can begin appointments with the information they need already in place.
The remaining vaccination details can then be added directly into Outcomes4Health, helping teams deliver flu services quicker while maintaining a smooth clinical workflow.
One vaccination - multiple tasks completed
Once the vaccination has been recorded, Outcomes4Health takes care of the next steps automatically.
Electronic notifications are sent directly to the patient's GP record, while vaccination claims are automatically created in the NHS BSA Manage Your Service portal. That means less admin for your team and more time to focus on your patients.
