Apollo’s SQL Suite provides an end-to-end, fully managed service for extracting data from all major GP clinical systems, including EMIS Web®, delivering consistent datasets for analysis, research and commissioning. 

It supports everything from full data sets (e.g. demographics, immunisations, and prescriptions) to targeted patient reports (e.g. untreated asthma). Data is available in various formats, with options to group, anonymise or pseudonymise.

Share data safely without adding work for GPs

All data is encrypted and transferred securely via the HSCN network, with a full audit trail. Extracts can be scheduled daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc, and even across weekends. 

New codes and datasets are easily implemented and rolled out automatically, and it ensures patients who opt-out are excluded where appropriate. There’s no need for GP practices to run or configure the system, as the service is completely managed by the Magentus team.
