Enlivio has been shortlisted in two categories at the 2026 Leeds Digital Festival Awards, recognising our commitment to creating a more inclusive digital sector and using technology to deliver positive social impact.
The company has been named a finalist in both the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award and the Tech4Good Award (Large Company) categories. The recognition follows a year of activity focused on widening access to digital careers, improving representation in technology and supporting local communities through education, skills development and volunteering initiatives.
The Leeds Digital Festival Awards celebrate the organisations, teams and individuals helping to drive innovation across the region. Announcing this year's shortlist, organisers said that the "standard and number of entries this year have been next-level", highlighting the strength of competition across all categories.
Enlivio’s shortlisted entries showcased a range of programmes designed to remove barriers to opportunity. These included sponsoring learners through digital skills training with Generation, supporting young women to explore careers in technology through Girl Tech Leeds and Girl Tech Plus, improving literacy through the Chapter One Reading Programme, and introducing students to careers in health technology and life sciences through community partnerships and volunteering.
Collectively, the initiatives engaged 44 employee volunteers, supported more than 305 students and sponsored 25 adults into digital skills programmes, helping create pathways into employment and encouraging greater diversity within the technology sector.
"We're incredibly proud to be shortlisted for both awards. Technology has a vital role to play in creating opportunities, improving lives and helping communities thrive. These nominations recognise the passion of our people and the strength of the partnerships we've built to support social mobility, increase representation and inspire the next generation of digital talent. It's particularly rewarding to see this work recognised as part of Leeds Digital Festival, a celebration of innovation in a city we're proud to call home."
The winners will be announced at the Leeds Digital Festival Awards later this week.
