We are thrilled to announce we have won Best Induction and Onboarding Programme at the UK Company Culture Awards 2024. We were also finalists in the Best Culture Transformation Award category for our ‘employer of choice’ programme.
Our induction and onboarding initiative uses Bot technology to deliver an excellent, purposefully designed induction and onboarding process. New employees receive the information and resources they need for a great start.
Our objective is for new starters to feel welcome, supported and confident as they start their new life at Enlivio Health (formerly Optum | EMIS). Our aim is for Enlivio to be a great place to work, at every stage of the employee experience.
By introducing the Bot, we are simply making innovative use of existing technology to transform the new starter experience.
